Verdadera Destreza – The techniques of Francisco Lorenz de Rada

Dear Diestras and Direstros, As you may know, I have worked in particular on the treatise by Francisco Lorenz de Rada, which is, in my humble opinion, the most complete work devoted to the Verdadera Destreza. In order to keep this blog alive, I decided to undertake a task which, to my knowledge, has never been done: to put on video the 70 techniques contained in the book. Thus, I will propose one video per week and with your help and your comments, we will try together to make this corpus as accurate as possible so that the Diestros and Diestras all over the world can benefit from it. I just hope I have the courage to go through with it.
